Training

We place a significant emphasis on the training and advancement of all of our staff, much preferring to "grow our own" as opposed to recruiting in. With this principle in mind, all of our operatives undergo skills training to BICSc levels of competence, with this being achieved at our Training Academy in Kent or on selected client premises where we have worked in conjunction to provide space for training that has been approved and licenced. To achieve this level of training we employ a number of BICSc accredited trainers and task assessors.

Further training is encouraged as a means of career progression within the Company, this extending to support of our staff wishing to undertake NVQ courses, supplementary task based courses, such as machinery training and first aid, and professional qualifications.

The training function is within the remit of our Health & Safety Director, Rob Roberts. Rob who has 23 years experience at all levels within the cleaning industry, manages our Training Academy, and provides the medium for our managers to follow up on their identified training needs, where necessary buying in external support.
